I have spent 25 years developing and supporting systems to increase efficiency and savings in local government. Using my expertise and technical innovation, I have supported waste collections, interments, parks, roads and transport functions. I have built interfaces between systems using third party APIs to leverage functionality and gain access to data. I have created unique and bespoke desktop and mobile applications for the workforce. I have built and maintained databases and created bespoke reports. I have built websites and web applications. I have routed vehicles and analysed data using GIS systems I have re-engineered business processes and trained and supported end users of these new systems.
